Hailing from Homs, Syrian family, the Aboulabans run a sweets shop in Melbourne, Australia, sharing their delicious hand-made Syrian desserts. From humble beginnings in their home kitchen and after much hard work, now to a flagship store, their recipes have been handed down the generations, serving loyal customers well known delicacies such as Halawet el-Jibn, Droom, knafeh and of course baklava.
